METTLER TOLEDO, based in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support the Inside Sales team. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, securing field visits, and setting online meetings with high-target accounts, collaborating with marketing and field teams to drive revenue.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year in sales or customer service, some CRM experience, and must work in the Columbus office four days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
• Previous CRM experience is preferred.
• Must be available to work in our Columbus office near Polaris 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Using outbound prospecting to identify contacts within high-target accounts
• Securing field visits and online meetings for Field Sales Representatives
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers and Field Sales partners
• Generating and submitting qualified leads for sales follow-up
• Maintaining accurate CRM data
• Providing regular updates on business issues, trends, and proactive opportunities
• Maintaining knowledge of product lines, service offerings, and internal sales systems
• Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly communicative environment
