Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person as needed.
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders for rigging equipment.
• Provide product recommendations and technical support based on customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, pricing, and industry standards.
• Support outside sales reps with quotes and order follow-ups.
• Build relationships with customers and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and stay updated on safety standards.
