All-Lift Systems, Inc. in Hazel Crest, IL is seeking a Crane Rope Sales Specialist to expand our presence in the lifting market.

You will cultivate relationships with customers, understand lifting applications, and provide expert product recommendations across wire rope, synthetic rope, slings, and rigging hardware. The ideal candidate combines mechanical aptitude with industry knowledge, strong sales skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of proven outside sales experience in industrial sales, lifting and rigging, overhead cranes, wire rope, synthetic rope, or material handling.
• Motivated self-starter with high integrity and a strong work ethic.
• Maintain data relative to accounts, prospects, and activities, including customer interactions and documentation.
• Strong presentation, selling, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and product specifications.
• Highly effective communication with Warehouse Personnel, Branch Managers, customers, and prospects.
• Willingness to travel overnight.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Grow sales of wire rope, high-performance synthetic rope, slings, rigging hardware, and related lifting products.
• Evaluate customer lifting applications and recommend the most appropriate rope or rigging solution.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Read customer specifications, engineering drawings, and lifting requirements to provide technical product recommendations.
• Educate customers on features, benefits, inspection, maintenance, and safe use of lifting products.
• Conduct customer site visits to evaluate lifting equipment and identify opportunities for replacement or upgrades.
• Collaborate with operations, fabrication, vendors, and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of OSHA, ASME, and industry standards related to lifting and rigging.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and opportunity pipelines within the CRM.
• Represent Lift Solutions with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach.
