Job summary

Lift Solutions Holdings is seeking a Crane Rope Sales Specialist to expand our presence in industrial lifting. You will develop relationships, quote wire rope, synthetic rope, slings, and rigging hardware while delivering outstanding customer service to fabricators and end users.

The role requires 3–5 years of outside industrial sales, the ability to read technical drawings, and travel overnight. A college degree is preferred but not required; familiarity with CRM and MS Office Suite is

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ outside sales experience in industrial lifting and rigging contexts.
• High integrity and strong work ethic; self-starter.
• Maintain data on accounts, prospects, and activities with documentation.
• Strong presentation, selling, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and product specs.
• Excellent communication with warehouse personnel, fabricators, managers, customers.
• Willingness to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Grow sales of wire rope, synthetic rope, slings, rigging hardware, and related products.
• Evaluate customer lifting applications and recommend rope or rigging solutions.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on inquiries.
• Read customer specifications and drawings to provide technical recommendations.
• Educate customers on features, inspection, maintenance, and safe use of products.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate lifting equipment and opportunities for replacement or maintenance.
• Collaborate with operations, fabrication, vendors, and manufacturers for timely delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of OSHA, ASME standards related to lifting and material handling.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipelines in the CRM.
• Represent Lift Solutions with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
