Job summary

Lift Solutions Holdings is hiring a Crane Rope Sales Specialist to drive sales of wire rope, synthetic rope, slings, and rigging hardware. You will work with customers to select the right products, prepare quotes, and deliver outstanding service.

The role requires a mechanical aptitude, industry knowledge, and a passion for improving safety and equipment performance. Travel to customer sites will be part of the job.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years outside sales in lifting & rigging or related
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and listening skills
• Will travel overnight as required
• Maintain customer records and sales pipeline in CRM

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Grow sales of wire rope and rigging products
• Evaluate lifting applications and recommend solutions
• Prepare quotations and process orders
• Read specifications and provide technical recommendations
• Educate customers on products and safety
• Visit sites for equipment assessments and upgrades
• Collaborate with operations and vendors to ensure delivery
• Maintain knowledge of OSHA/ASME standards
• Represent Lift Solutions professionally with a customer-first approach
