Job summary

Lift Solutions Holdings is seeking a motivated Crane Rope Sales Specialist to expand our presence in the Midwest. You will develop relationships with customers, understand lifting applications, and tailor rope, slings, and rigging solutions to improve safety and productivity.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of outside industrial sales, strong communication and technical reading skills, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven outside sales in industrial lifting or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and product specifications.
• Willingness to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Grow sales of wire rope, synthetic rope, slings, rigging hardware, and related lifting products.
• Evaluate applications and recommend rope or rigging solutions.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on inquiries.
• Read customer specs and drawings to provide technical product recommendations.
• Educate customers on features, inspection, maintenance, and safe use of lifting products.
• Collaborate with operations and vendors to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline in CRM.
