Qualifications

• Two years of inside sales or call center experience required.
• Ability to overcome objections and present a positive company image.
• Able to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Reconnect with Demo No-Sale Homeowners to understand their window situation.
• Follow a strict methodology to assess needs and rebook a second opportunity.
• Provide an exceptionally positive phone experience and professional service.
