Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Center Revisit Agent for Renewal by Andersen in Oak Park Heights. You will reconnect with Demo No‑Sale homeowners, follow a strict methodology, and arrange second-home visits for our sales consultants.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of inside sales or call center experience, strong objection handling, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a hybrid environment that supports remote work for most team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years inside sales/call center experience.
• Demonstrated ability to overcome objections, negotiate positive outcomes and present positive image of the company.
• Ability to work with all levels and types of people and to appreciate diversity.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be able to work non‑traditional hours (evenings and weekends).
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years Sales Experience.

Responsibilities

• Reconnect with Demo No‑Sale homeowners, understand their window situation and needs.
• Follow a strict methodology to understand problems and invite a second home visit.
• Arrange for sales consultants to meet homeowners at their home.
• Leave homeowners with a positive phone experience, encouraging referrals.
