Esler Companies in Northborough, MA is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to re-engage homeowners who showed interest in Renewal by Andersen and help them decide on a consultation. You will listen, clarify concerns, and guide customers toward the next step with urgency and care.

In this role you will maintain accurate records, meet appointment targets with Sales Consultants, and participate in coaching for continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in call center or sales transports conversations into steps.
• Clear, confident communication and active listening.
• Ability to handle objections and answer questions effectively.
• Self-directed with goal-driven performance and follow-through.
• Organized with ability to learn new CRM/tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Contact homeowners who did not schedule during their initial conversation.
• Understand concerns and identify opportunities to re‑engage interest.
• Address objections and inform about products/services.
• Set appointments with homeowners and Sales Consultants.
• Document conversations and follow‑up activity accurately.
• Work toward appointment-setting and performance goals with urgency.
