Renewal by Andersen of Oregon is seeking enthusiastic Inside Sales Center representatives to join our Portland-based team. You’ll manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and guide homeowners through our streamlined process while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service, call center, or sales.
• Fluent in English; Spanish skills a plus.
• Reliable commute to Tualatin office.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners via inbound calls, delivering exceptional service and building trust.
• Make outbound calls to warm leads from internal databases and schedule consultations for our sales team.
• Guide homeowners through the scheduling process while providing a professional and welcoming experience on every call.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate calendar placement and a smooth customer handoff.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by leadership.
