Job summary

Baldwin Supply Company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow and manage assigned accounts. You will work with Field Salespeople to expand the business, providing pricing, availability and service to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will respond to inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver products and solutions that meet customer needs. A strong emphasis on communication and product knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED, college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in Inside Sales or distribution.
• Experience collaborating with Field Sales and executing sales campaigns.
• Experience implementing incentive plans to increase sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries regarding product selection, pricing, availability and quotations.
• Handle customer credits and complaints and assist with counter sales as needed.
• Expedite orders and provide literature or information on request.
• Manage complete order process and communications with customers.
