Job summary

Baldwin Supply Company in Wisconsin is seeking an outside sales representative to drive revenue by acquiring new customers and managing existing relationships within an assigned territory. You will conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits to understand client needs and close deals.

You will collaborate with product specialists and inside sales, build long-lasting relationships, and represent Baldwin’s value through outstanding customer service and technical expertise

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in industrial/technical markets preferred.
• Ability to develop new business and manage an assigned territory.
• Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships in industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Promote Baldwin’s products (power transmission, conveyor belting, electric motors, automation, and industrial supply).
• Identify target prospects and develop strategic plans to convert them into customers.
• Build and sustain long-lasting customer relationships.
• Coordinate with product specialists and inside sales to manage current and secure new business.
• Participate in training sessions to maintain technical expertise.
