Responsibilities

• Obtains orders via email and telephone, verifies and enters items, and communicates delivery dates.
• Increases orders by suggesting related items and leveraging customer history.
• Develops opportunities passed from marketing/outside sales/national accounts.
• Identifies process improvements and follows up on quotations to secure orders.
• Reviews open orders and coordinates with fulfillment to meet delivery promises.
