Job summary

CSS is seeking a Representative - Inside Sales to interact with existing customers and grow sales of the Company's products and services. You will obtain, create, and upsell orders while maintaining customer satisfaction and adding value to the buying experience.

You will collaborate with outside sales to achieve goals. You will handle orders by email and phone, suggest related items, review buying history, and develop opportunities from marketing and national accounts.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of sales and sales administration experience.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain orders via email/phone, verify items, and coordinate fulfillment.
• Upsell related items and review customer buying history.
• Develop opportunities passed from marketing/outside sales; identify improvements.
