Job summary

CSS is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to interact with existing customers, increase order value, and enhance the buying experience. You will up-sell, cross-sell, and collaborate with outside sales to meet goals, while maintaining satisfaction and value for customers.

The role emphasizes proactive selling, order entry accuracy, and effective communication. Travel is optional (0%–25%), and commissions are earned in addition to base salary.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales experience in sales administration.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office; basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
• Clear verbal and written communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and enter orders via email and phone calls; explain stock-outs and delivery dates.
• Increase orders by suggesting related items and leveraging customer history.
• Own and develop opportunities from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support quotations to secure orders.
