Job summary

CSS is seeking a Representative - Inside Sales to engage with existing customers, increase product and service sales, and enhance the customer buying experience.

You will handle orders via email and telephone, qualify opportunities, and work with outside sales to meet targets. The role includes a base salary plus commission and requires 2–4 years of sales experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Sales and sales administration knowledge with 2–4 years' experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

• Ability to travel 0%–25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Obtains orders via email and phone, verifies items, and records orders.
• Suggests related items to increase order value and reviews buying history.
• Owns and develops opportunities passed from marketing and outside sales.
• Identifies ways to improve processes and expedite quotes.
• Tracks orders and ensures on-time delivery and backorders are managed.
• Reports industry trends and customer feedback to management.
