Job summary

The JobSquad Solutions Team is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to work in the Miami, FL area. You will manage calls and emails, complete orders, and provide service to customers while collaborating with Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams in Miami, the UK, and Singapore.

Minimum 1–2 years inside tele-sales experience with a track record of overachievement is required; associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Sales track record of overachievement.
• Aviation industry experience and target-based environments is a plus.
• Associate degree or comparable industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for products/services.
• Manage calls, emails, and data entry; provide product, price and availability information.
• Review quote activity and initiate follow-ups after becoming versed on targets.
• Deliver customer satisfaction through timely, efficient processing of inquiries, sales orders, and expediting requests.
• Participate in process improvement activities.
• Achieve individual sales targets.

Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $50K per year

Job Description: Purpose: The Inside Sales Representative is key in achieving growth, account penetration and maximizing sales profitability. We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. On a day-to-day basis, you will manage calls and emails, complete orders and providing service to customers. You will also collaborate with your counterparts in Sales, Purchasing and Customer Service in Miami, the UK and Singapore.

Key accountabilities:

• Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization's products/services.
• You will multitask in calls, emails, and data entry, providing product, price and availability information to customers as requested.
• After having become really versed on your targets, you will review quote activity and initiate follow ups.
• Service to our customers is highly important, your aim is to deliver customer satisfaction through the timely, efficient, and accurate processing of enquiries, sales orders, expedite requests, and web shop inquiries.
• Participate in process improvement activities.
• Achieve individual sales targets.
