Job summary

Paragon Pro Rentals in Texas is seeking an energetic sales professional to grow our equipment rental business across the assigned territory. You will build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and present the right rental solutions with confidence.

The role requires a proven outside sales background in construction or rental, a strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple deals and documentation while traveling as needed to attend training and industry

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of outside sales experience in construction or equipment rental.
• 5+ years of sales experience in related fields.
• Experience in construction and/or rental industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Build leads, own sales performance, and drive territory growth.
• Close deals confidently, handle objections, and create urgency without pressure.
• Travel occasionally for training and meetings.
• Process paperwork accurately and promptly and use technology to manage leads and quotes.

This role is all about building long-term relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and pushing through the tough days with grit and determination. You will be representing and renting some of the best equipment in the industry — new and used — and helping customers find the right solutions, no matter what the challenge.Essential FunctionsDeliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude to ensure high customer satisfaction.Communicate effectively in a variety of settings – one-on-one, group presentations, and with all levels of stakeholders. Adapt communication style to the person and/or situation.Demonstrate resilience and drive by persisting through challenges to meet and exceed sales targets.
