Paragon Pro Rentals is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of heavy equipment rentals. The role requires diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues on-site or in the shop, and traveling to customer job sites to ensure reliable service.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork are essential. The candidate must be self-directed, safety‑minded, and capable of handling multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Two or more years of hands-on equipment and/or engine experience, diagnostics and troubleshooting in the rental industry.
• Valid Driver's License with clean MVR.
• Ability to travel to customer job sites and perform repairs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
