Job summary

Paragon Pro Rentals is seeking an experienced outside salesperson to build lasting relationships with customers in the construction and equipment rental space. You will represent a broad range of equipment, both new and used, and help clients find the best solutions for their needs.

In this role, you will drive sales performance, manage leads and quotes, and collaborate with leadership on forecasts and territory growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years outside sales experience in construction and/or equipment rental or related fields.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

This role is all about building long-term relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and pushing through the tough days with grit and determination. You will be representing and renting some of the best equipment in the industry — new and used — and helping customers find the right solutions, no matter what the challenge.Essential FunctionsDeliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude to ensure high customer satisfaction.Communicate effectively in a variety of settings – one-on-one, group presentations, and with all levels of stakeholders. Adapt communication style to the person and/or situation.Demonstrate resilience and drive by persisting through challenges to meet and exceed sales targets.
