Job summary

Paragon Pro Rentals LLC is seeking a Store Operations Manager to coordinate Sales, Service, Rental, and Parts at the Krugerville, Texas location. You will train managers, promote teamwork, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction as top priorities.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and inventory control skills. You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize inventory turnover, and drive profitability through disciplined operations and performance reviews, with CDL-ready driving

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent – College preferred.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Strong computer skills and numerical aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• 5+ years’ management in Construction and/or Equipment Rental.
• 10+ years Construction and/or Equipment Rental experience.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record; CDL may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all store operations: Sales, Service, Rental, and Parts.
• Provide counsel and training for Managers to build leadership and motivation.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction as the top priority for all staff.
• Perform Job Description Reviews and annual Performance Evaluations.
• Build teamwork to promote dealership image to employees, customers, and community.
• Ensure a clean, healthy and safe work environment daily.
• Manage and control inventory levels; review monthly with Department Managers.
• Manage personnel levels quarterly to ensure proper staffing.
• Manage credit policies to minimize risk.
• Coordinate sales, service and parts specials to maintain profitability.
• Develop Annual Business Plan and Budget with input from Department Managers.
• Compare Operating Statement to Budget monthly and adjust.
• Assist in collections for sales or rentals as needed.

This position is responsible for the coordination of all activities at their store and maintains cooperation with all departments to best serve every need of the customer.Essential FunctionsResponsible for all aspects of the store operations: Sales, Service, Rental, and Parts.Provide counsel and training for Managers to build their leadership and motivational skills in their daily activities.Emphasize customer satisfaction is always #1 priority with all employees.Perform Job Description Reviews and Performance Evaluations on an annual basis.Build teamwork to promote Dealership image to Employees, Customers, and the community.Ensure a clean, healthy and safe work environment for employees daily.Manage and control inventory levels to maximize assets. Review inventory levels, sales, and orders monthly with Department Managers to ensure optimum levels.Manage and control personnel levels to maximize profitability.
