Harley Exteriors in Bothell, WA is seeking an Inside Sales / Call Center Representative to join our growing team. You will be the voice of the company, converting inbound inquiries and making outbound calls to qualified homeowners.

Your focus is to build rapport, educate prospects, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for our sales staff. The role offers a $22/hour base with performance bonuses and clear growth paths.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or call center is preferred.
• Ability to build rapport and qualify opportunities quickly.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and dialing systems to manage customer data.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners through warm leads — no cold prospecting.
• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Educate prospects on Harley’s window, door, and gutter protection solutions in a brief, conversational format.
• Qualify interested homeowners and schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs — dials per day, appointments set, demos issued, and quality scores.
• Overcome objections and maintain a positive, high-energy presence on the phone.

• 4x10 or 5x8 shift options
• Hours of operation:
• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day perweek
