Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads; no cold prospecting.
• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent service.
• Educate prospects on Harley’s solutions in a brief, conversational format.
• Qualify homeowners and schedule appointments for Sales Representatives.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs such as dials, appointments, demos, and quality scores.
• Overcome objections with a positive, high-energy phone presence.
