Renewal by Andersen in Orlando, FL is seeking an Inside Sales Center Agent to drive customer conversations and set the tone for a premium home improvement experience. You will professionally respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats from homeowners and qualify leads to schedule in-home consultations.

You’ll record detailed notes, collaborate with the team, and deliver outstanding service with urgency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1yr of Sales & Marketing Experience.
• At least 1yr of Customer Service & Professional Phone Etiquette Experience.
• Prior experience within the Home Improvement or Appointment Setting Industry is a Plus.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be comfortable utilizing dual computer screens.
• Must be proficient with computers and able to type at least thirty words per minute.
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Income (On Average): $40,000yr – $60,000yr (Base + Performance Bonus) (Paid Weekly!)
• Schedule: 8AM – 4:30PM or 11AM – 7:30PM | Full‑Time (At least 1 weekend shift per week)
