Job summary

Harley Exteriors in Bothell, WA is seeking an Inside Sales / Call Center Representative to engage homeowners who have already expressed interest in our services. You will build rapport, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for our Sales Team.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to homeowners through warm leads — no coldprospecting from scratch
• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
• Educate prospects on Harley’s window, door, and gutter protection solutions in a brief, conversational format
• Qualify interested homeowners and schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs — dials per day, appointments set, demos issued, and quality scores
• Overcome objections and maintain a positive, high-energy presence on the phone

• 4x10 or 5x8 shift options
• Hours of operation:
• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day perweek
