Alchemy Financial Group in Apex, NC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by making numerous calls, qualifying prospects, and closing deals with channel partners. You will maintain and expand the prospect database, understand customer needs, and coordinate with sales executives to move opportunities forward.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

• Experience as a Sales Representative/Associate is required.
• Familiar with ERP, CRM, and MS Office programs.

About the Inside Sales Representative position

An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Inside Sales Representative responsibilities are:

• Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects

• Understanding customer needs and requirements

• Assigning qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
