Carter Lumber is seeking an approachable Inside Sales Rep to be the face of the store, helping customers with product information, quotes, and transactions. You will greet customers, share advice on projects, and qualify leads while supporting the Outside Sales Reps as needed.

• Experience in sales or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product information and quotes, and process transactions.
• Share advice on project needs and produce estimates for packages/projects.
• Follow up on online quotes and qualify new leads; support Outside Sales Reps as needed.
• Assist in inventory control by conducting cycle counts and resolving overages/shortages.
