Carter Lumber is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to be the face of the store, helping customers with product information, estimates, and transactions. You will follow up on online quotes, qualify new leads with cold calls, and support Outside Sales Reps while contributing to inventory accuracy.

• Assist customers who walk into the store and share product information.
• Provide advice on project needs and produce estimates for packages or projects.
• Process transactions at the POS and follow up on online quotes.
• Qualify new leads through cold calls and support Outside Sales Reps.
• Assist in inventory control and resolve overages/shortages.
