Job summary

PQ is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow existing accounts and generate new business in the assigned region. This office-based role combines customer contact via email, Teams, and phone with essential commercial and administrative duties to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

You will manage a portfolio of customers, qualify leads, and collaborate with account managers to move opportunities through the pipeline, while negotiating pricing and terms within guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or commercial role in chemical/manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers within the assigned unit and region to ensure consistent sales and profitability.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers; handle inquiries and resolve issues.
• Build relationships through regular contact via email, phone, and Teams.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions, agreements, and sales activities.
