CarsDirect.com is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in El Segundo, CA to drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to close. This role emphasizes outbound prospecting and cold calling to build a robust pipeline.

The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated and detail-oriented, with 6 months of B2B sales experience, strong phone skills to handle 50–60 calls daily, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Google Suite. Compensation starts at $50,000 base plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred (at least 6 months of experience).
• Automotive and social media experience (plus).
• Excellent phone skills (50-60 cold calls per day) and written communication.
• Outstanding time management and ability to multitask.
• Strong sales results paired with a high degree of initiative, follow-up, and product retention.
• Proficiency in workplace applications such as Word, Excel, and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Take prospects through full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

• Maintain and update CRM records and pipeline to hit targets.
