Job summary

CarsDirect.com in El Segundo, CA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive full-cycle B2B sales from prospecting to close. This role is in-office (M-F, 8 hours) with uncapped commissions and a starting base of $50,000. You will handle outbound prospecting and cold calls, build relationships, and achieve sales targets while using Word, Excel, and Google Suite. Benefits included.

Ideal candidates have 6 months B2B sales, automotive experience, and strong phone/written communication skills.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience; 6+ months preferred.
• Automotive and social media experience are a plus.
• Excellent phone skills (50-60 cold calls/day) and written communication.
• Outstanding time management and ability to multitask.
• Strong sales results with initiative, follow-up and product retention.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Google Suite.
