CarsDirect.com is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Representative for our El Segundo, CA office. You will drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to close, primarily via outbound cold calling, and you will own the end-to-end process.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months of B2B sales, automotive and social media familiarity, and strong phone and written communication skills. The role offers a $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience (6+ months)
• Automotive and social media experience preferred
• Excellent phone skills (50–60 cold calls per day) and written communication
• Outstanding time management and ability to multitask
• Strong sales results with initiative and follow-up
