QXO is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage price quotes, orders, and inquiries while coordinating deliveries with operations. You will support the Outside Sales team and ensure adherence to pricing policies.

Ideal candidates have front-line customer service and sales experience, with construction or building materials knowledge and bilingual Spanish as a plus. Strong communication and learning ability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience is required.
• Industry experience in construction or building materials is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to communicate and follow up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Willingness to learn extensive product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information, availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
