QXO is seeking a customer service professional in San Jose, CA to handle price quotes, orders, returns, and billing inquiries while coordinating with operations and the Outside Sales team.

You will follow pricing guidelines, support the sales process, and learn extensive product information. Spanish bilingual is a plus; industry experience in building materials helpful.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
