Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks an organized and customer-focused Operations / Sales Assistant to support order processing, customer service, inventory coordination, and sales operations.

You will process orders, handle inquiries, coordinate with warehouse and finance teams, manage backorders in ERP, and help with e-commerce tasks. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems are valued. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of order entry, sales support, customer service, or operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills required (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs).
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
