Responsibilities

• Sell, rent, and lease John Deere compact equipment and attachments.
• Prospect dormant, new, and walk-in accounts to drive sales.
• Log calls, leads, quotes in CRM/Dynamics.
• Provide demonstrations and machine walks.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Follow up on leads within 24 hours.
• Adhere to safety policies.
