• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery terms, and payment options.
• Assist outside sales by handling priority transactions.
• Use digital tools to sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products.
• Prospect for new accounts in a defined territory.
• Manage a customer base and build relationships.
• Learn customer operations to identify objectives and requirements.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and follow through purchasing cycles.
• Report market and pricing data to management.
• Attend product meetings and trainings to deepen product knowledge.
