Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery specs and terms.
• Assist outside sales by processing priority transactions.
• Use digital tools to sell, promote, demonstrate products, and answer technical questions.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined territory.
• Manage customer relationships and respond to issues promptly.
• Prepare quotations/proposals and follow up through the purchasing cycle.
• Report on price, product trends and competitor information to management.
• Participate in product training and apply product knowledge.
