Job summary

Rexel USA in Casper, WY is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive proactive sales via phone and email, manage quotes and orders, and grow profitable sales by building strong customer relationships. You will support outside sales, use digital tools to promote products, prospect new accounts in the region, and contribute to product knowledge through trainings.

This role requires 2+ years in customer service or sales and a willingness to work in a dynamic electrical distribution

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, sales, or electrical distribution.
• Experience handling quotes and orders is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced electrical distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting product prices, delivery specs, and payment terms.
• Assist outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions.
• Utilize digital tools to sell, market, promote, demonstrate products, and answer questions.
• Prospect for new accounts within a specified geographical territory.
• Manage a defined customer base and maintain relationships.
• Close orders and resolve customer issues using root-cause analysis.
• Gather and report market and product information to management.
• Participate in product meetings, training, and development.
