Responsibilities

• Process orders across multiple channels (phone, email, text, counter) with accuracy.
• Manage basic pricing within guidelines to support margins.
• Coordinate procurement and logistics to meet customer needs.
• Handle payments securely (credit card, check, cash).
• Identify stock products and suggest alternatives for customers.
• Ensure service commitments through proactive coordination and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and procurement activities.
• Guide and train junior associates to promote teamwork.
