You will support associates and customers through clear communication, coordinate logistics, and train junior staff to drive dependable performance while maintaining margins and diligent records.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in orders, sales, or procurement.
• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Proficient in order management systems and basic reporting tools.
• Ability to mentor junior associates and promote teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process orders across multiple channels with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Manage pricing within guidelines to maintain margins.
• Coordinate non-stock procurement and logistics to meet customer needs.
• Handle payments securely (credit card, check, cash).
• Identify stock products and suggest alternatives.
• Ensure service commitments through proactive coordination and follow-up.
• Maintain records and documentation for transactions and procurement activities.
• Guide and train junior associates to promote dependable performance.
