White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking a driven operations support professional in New York to ensure accurate order processing, pricing, and procurement while delivering dependable service to customers.

You will support associates and customers through transparent communication and teamwork, contributing to operating excellence. The role involves coordinating procurement, managing orders across channels, and mentoring junior staff in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Competenze

HS Diploma or GED required or strongly preferred.
Generally 2–5 years of experience in the area.
Proficiency in order management systems and basic reporting tools.

Mansioni

Process orders across channels (phone, email, text, counter) accurately.
Manage pricing within guidelines to maintain margins.
Coordinate non-stock procurement and logistics to meet customer needs.
Handle payments securely (credit card, check, cash).
Identify stock products and suggest alternatives to meet customer requirements.
Ensure service commitments through proactive coordination and follow‑up.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for transactions and procurement activities.
Guide and train junior associates to promote teamwork and dependable performance.
