Job summary

White Cap Management LLC is seeking a detail-oriented team member to ensure accurate order processing, pricing, and procurement while delivering dependable service to customers. You will support associates and customers through transparent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities include processing orders via phone, email, text, and counter; coordinating procurement and logistics; handling payments securely; and mentoring junior associates as part of a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Inside sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes orders across multiple channels with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manages basic pricing to support margin goals.
• Coordinates non-stock procurement and logistics.
• Handles payments securely (credit card, check, and cash).
• Identifies stock products and suggests comparable alternatives.
• Maintains records and documentation for transactions and procurement activities.
• Guides and trains junior associates to promote teamwork and dependable performance.
