Job summary

One to Call in Seattle seeks an Inside Sales Representative to connect with customers, close warm leads, and drive revenue for residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. This role rewards persistence, empathy, and a strong work ethic with ongoing training and career growth.

Expect to work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with a strong emphasis on phone-based sales, financing options, and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years inside sales with strong close rate.
• Experience presenting financing options to customers.
• Comfort with high-volume dialing (≈65+ calls/day).

Responsibilities

• Call warm leads daily and close repairs/replacements over the phone.
• Close deals with confidence, empathy, and urgency.
• Overcome objections and offer financing options.
• Be the go-to resource for techs and outside sales; finalize sales.
• Follow up by phone, text, and email to reconnect.
• Track all activity in ServiceTitan CRM and keep follow-ups organized.
• Make 65+ calls per day.
