Ideal candidates bring proven inside sales experience, a track record of meeting goals, and excellent communication skills. You will work with technicians, Comfort Advisors, and leadership to maximize revenue and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Inside sales or closing experience required.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Experience selling high-ticket home services is a plus.
• Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable discussing pricing and financing.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities with follow-up discipline.
• Competitive, target-driven mindset.
• CRM experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the follow-up process for unsold opportunities across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services.
• Contact customers by phone, text, and email using a structured follow-up process.
• Identify why the customer did not move forward and overcome objections.
• Present financing options and promotions when appropriate.
• Negotiate within guidelines to close opportunities and ask for the sale.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and coordinate with Operations and Dispatch.
• Track metrics like closing percentage, revenue, average ticket, and follow-up activity.
