Right Now Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is expanding its in-home sales team and seeking motivated professionals to present residential utility-saving products to homeowners. Leads are provided and top performers earn $150,000+ in year one with potential to surpass $250,000 after ramp-up.

Ideal backgrounds include HVAC, roofing, solar, windows, siding, automotive, retail or other in-home consultative sales, but motivated newcomers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Leads are provided for every appointment.
• Comfort with presenting home improvement products to homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Educate homeowners on utility-cost savings and comfort improvements.
• Present in-home products including heating, cooling, insulation, plumbing, electrical, and more.
• Follow a proven system with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling).
