Job summary

HELP Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to be the vital link between customers and the sales team. You will handle inbound and outbound inquiries, schedule appointments, follow up with customers, and assist the sales process to drive satisfaction and results.

You will collaborate with sales, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to service, while maintaining a customer-first approach and contributing to lead

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree in business or marketing a plus
• 1-3 years in sales support or coordination, HVAC preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software; Service Titan a bonus
• Customer-first mindset with strong service orientation

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions and drive satisfaction
• Schedule appointments and optimize field reps' routes and timing
• Coordinate each salesperson's schedule to keep the pipeline full
• Reconnect with potential customers via outbound calls to rekindle interest
• Follow up after installations to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
• Serve as primary customer contact and guide them through the sales process
• Maintain clear communication with internal/external stakeholders
• Collaborate with installation/service teams for smooth handoffs
• Share insights with marketing to improve lead quality and campaigns
• Identify process improvements to increase sales efficiency
