Premier Heating and Air is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to work remotely in the United States, supporting a Denver-based team. Earn a high-earning compensation with bonuses, incentives, and benefits as you close service and installation opportunities by phone.

You’ll follow up on leads, present estimates, and grow our HVAC maintenance memberships while delivering exceptional customer experiences from home, with strong team collaboration and clear performance metrics.

Qualificações

• Sales experience is a big plus, especially phone-based or inside sales.
• HVAC or home services experience preferred but not required. We value fast learners ready to grow.

Responsabilidades

• Lead conversion: follow up with existing leads and turn opportunities into closed sales.
• Estimate sales: present and sell service and installation estimates over the phone.
• Technician support: handle call flips from in-field technicians and help close opportunities.
• Membership sales: grow our customer base by selling HVAC maintenance memberships.
• Happy calls: connect with recent customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover opportunities.
• Customer retention: prevent cancellations through proactive communication and save installs.
• Reputation building: request and generate Google reviews from satisfied customers.
• Relationship building: drive revenue through consistent follow-up and lasting customer relationships.
