Townsquare Interactive in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our in-office team. You’ll participate in a structured, hands-on training program designed to master the full sales cycle and digital marketing solutions.

As you learn, you’ll make outbound calls, uncover client needs, and tailor compelling demonstrations to close new business. No prior sales experience is required, but a BA/BS is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly coachable and eager to learn.
• No prior sales experience required; willingness to grow.

Responsibilities

• Learn the full sales cycle through hands-on training.
• Make outbound calls to small business owners and introduce our digital marketing platform.
• Identify client needs and tailor solutions to drive results.
• Conduct virtual demos and close new business.
• Focus on new client acquisition (no account management).
