Job summary

Townsquare Interactive, in our Downtown Phoenix office, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to build new business from the ground up. You will be trained to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients, laying a strong foundation in prospecting and sales strategy.

Through hands-on coaching, you’ll master uncovering client needs, position solutions, and guide prospects through the full sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Self-starter mindset with drive to learn and grow.
• Confidence and resilience in outbound prospecting.
• Strong communication skills for client engagement.
• Curiosity and coachability to improve close rates.
• Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn the sales process through hands-on training and live coaching.
• Make outbound calls to small business owners and introduce the digital marketing platform.
• Discover client needs and tailor solutions for real results.
• Conduct virtual demos and close new business.
• Focus on new client acquisition (no account management).
